Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your watch in its original presentation box with all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards included to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, ensuring any previous labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned timepiece, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
